Do I qualify for a free mentor?
To qualify for our free mentorship program, you must be 18 years old or older or a teen between the ages of 10-17, live in Ohio, and have CareSource, Buckeye, or another type of Medicaid health insurance. If that’s you, please follow this link and fill out the form.
